great stay but lacking some amenities
The location in the Condesa district was superb, making it easy to explore on foot. The rooftop pool was a highlight, providing the perfect spot for relaxation, especially for kids. The spacious Twin Room felt welcoming, with a layout that offered comfort for the whole family. We also loved the city view from our window, giving us a glimpse of vibrant surroundings.
However, we noticed the dining options were limited and could use more variety.

Family with children will love it
The rooftop bar and pool is very nice, which kept both kids and parents happy. The staff was very cute and friendly which made our stay so much more enjoyable.

the location of andaz is fantastic, right in the condesa district where everything is within walking distance. the staff was exceptionally friendly, which truly enhanced our experience. the rooftop bar and pool were a hit with both our kids and us. The gym was one of the best we've used in a hotel!
